Brianna Parsons, Co-Founder
Dr. Brianna (VMD, MSEd) is a veterinarian and food system & sustainability educator. Through FAIR Farms, and expanding into Botswana and beyond, she has created a methodology for engaging and creating with communities.
She leads strategic direction, relationship building, financial reporting and accountability, and eduction, outreach and advocacy.

Sulay Camara, Co-Founder
Sulay is a Gambian agro-farmer, raised by elders who knew the power of their lands. His farming experience includes livestock (goats, sheep, cattle, rabbits, chickens), crops (rice, cous, maize, groundnut), and horticulture and fruit trees.
He leads implementation, team management, relationship building, strategic direction, educational outreach and advocacy, and traditional ecological knowledge.
Our team collaborates on all FAIR Farms decisions, big or small. We have blended 50/50 Gambian and American/foreign leadership in the organization since 2019.
